AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIME

LIEMED attaches great importance to providing up-to-date and accurate information on availability and delivery times in the online shop. However, delays in delivery may occur, in particular due to production or delivery bottlenecks. All information on availability and delivery times is therefore without guarantee and may change at any time.

DELIVERY DATE

The customer will be notified of a provisional delivery date with the order confirmation. If LIEMED is in default of delivery, the Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract as from the 30th calendar day after the originally announced delivery date. In this case LIEMED will refund to the customer any amounts already paid in advance. There will be no further claims against LIEMED.

DELIVERY

All delivery and collection options are available to customers for LIEMED products and services, which are listed in the online shop under "Delivery". Delivery of our articles can currently only be made to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Ireland, Northern Ireland and United Kingdom. Delivery is made exclusively with selected logistics partners, such as DHL, postnl or Royal Mail. The customer's delivery address must be easily accessible by truck in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Ireland, Northern Ireland and United Kingdom. If this is not the case, the customer shall bear any additional costs. If the customer does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or indicated delivery date, LIEMED may dissolve the contract (cancellation of the contract).

LIEMED may dissolve (cancel) the contract and charge the customer for the delivery costs incurred and any loss in value.

SHIPPING COSTS

1. Shipping to Germany, Austria and Ireland costs a flat rate of 2.90€.

Orders with a minimum order value of 20€ are free of shipping costs within Germany, Austria and Ireland.

 

1. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of 3.90 CHF.

Orders with an order value of at least 20 CHF are free of shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

1. Shipping to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland costs a flat rate of 2.90 GBP.

Orders with a minimum order value of 20 GBP are free of shipping costs within United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments must be made in Euro or Swiss Francs or British Pounds, depending on the country.

Customers can choose from the payment options offered in the online shop under "Payment options".
