REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all packaging has a hygiene seal. If any of these seals are broken, the item cannot be returned. Be sure to include all items with your return.
It is your responsibility to organise the return to us. When you contact us, we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The refund amount applies to the items for which the claim is made. The original order price is the final price paid after any discounts or shipping charges.
We will arrange the refund within a reasonable time after we receive the original email from you, provided that the product has been returned and no hygiene seal has been broken. The refund will be made via the payment method you used to purchase the product. We will notify you when the refund has been made - it may take up to 5 working days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
